We are delighted and proud to share that ADM 2nd BPC 2021 was held on Thursday, 26th Aug 2021 at HQ office via Microsoft Teams. The objective of this competition is to cultivate the sense of innovation within ADM staff where best practices are applied in their working way.
A total of 9 teams and contestants from both HQ and Operations participated in this event with the following interesting best practices:

This year competition is competitive where every team presented their unique and beneficial ideas.
Congratulations to all the winners who have participated BPC for the year of 2021 and we are happy to announce that Grand Winner and 1st Runner Up Winner will be representing ADM in the upcoming competition which is Activity to Create a Better Working Environment organized by AEON Delight Japan virtually.
