AEON Delight Malaysia recently has organized a leadership training for all our leaders where they are exposed to the contextualised capability that can enhance one leadership wisdom.
This leadership programme which took place on 9th & 10th of April at Hotel Cempaka Apartment, Menara PGRM, addresses the core governing influence on effective attributes that regulates performance execution which is 4th performance consciousness.
“I found this training to be very insightful and the course has served as a catalyst for personal change in many ways,” said Tony Francios, Facility Manager of Building Maintenance & Constructions for AEON Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru.
At the end of these 2-days training that has been conducted by SPEAARS, the leadership skills gained made all the leaders feel more motivated and keen to perform better to achieve the company’s target and goals.
“This leadership program was good as we, leaders, are able to realign with our MD’s policy which is Reset, Restart and Focus’. It is also good in creating good spirit for the year of 2021, due to MCO situation and lastly, to inspire all teams in achieving the Company’s goals and targets,” said Rusleena binti Muhamad Rusli, Senior Manager (Business Operation 3).
